One of my favourite bands of all time whom I've seen and met on numerous occasions Thijs is one of the nicest humblest musicians on the planet and a world class flautist

Just imagine how this Thijs van Leer band, could have sounded if Jan Akkerman would still have been part of it.
Probably we would get Focus bit more back, with more balance (less flute/organ show) enforced by these two extraordinary musicians.
Not to forget Pierrre and Bert of course bringing the huge force from the back.
And also big hand for the current guitarists giving their very best to fill these big shoes.
Jan & Thijs are both @an age nowadays where they hopefully got the calm to consider a short but once in a lifetime reunion tour?
Would we all love that and make sure that we will be there by then ;-)

Glad to see the great musician still playing great music after all these years, with his fine band. Only is looks like this video has much fewer views than it deserves and almost no comments so far.

Great concert, only dont put much attention/camera to the bess player, he is the man, after Thijs, my opinion.
I'd love to see him yodeling like in Hocus Pocus.
