My child is in the car, even though I wasn't concerned about their safety until we were at gun point for a felony arrest that we subjected them to because of our own juvenile behavior.
Suspects should be charged for any damage and wear on police vehicles
Apart from the fact that we first need laws that really make this mandatory: It would also require that public prosecutors who really deserve this designation bring the cases to court and that the judges then do a proper job. But these are pipe dreams that will probably never come true in much of the United States.
@@seifenraspel2382 Especially if it involves a certain part of today's society that believe that laws do not apply to them. The courts have pampered and cuddled them so much that they really are becoming a menace to society!

The Ram, is that like "riding the rails"? Sometimes I cannot see how they can even tell where the criminal went, i.e. the rain, and then when they get so far ahead of the Trooper or PD's/sheriff deputies. The littles in the car, that was so sad to have such demonic parents. Works as a security man and than runs to get a felony. Dumb. The brother that was shot proved to be true. Trooper J. Byrd was wonderful here, he even called her honey to get her to calm down.
Trooper Stevenson has a magic, and maybe superpower, touch. His taillight fingerprint gently nudged that car into warp drive. 😊

Arkansas State Police is the finest agency in America
Yeah, the Troopers do a great job. But, pointing to Little Rock, the capital of Arkansas. How can this not-really-big city stay in the top five crime statistics for so many years? Not enough police and criminal investigators? Or insufficiently qualified police and criminal investigators? Or insufficiently motivated police and criminal investigators? Or simply incompetent prosecutors and judges? The Arkansas State Police can't sweep all the trash off the streets alone, there also have to be prosecutors and judges to send them to prison.
The answer is Drugs and fatherless communities. Neither having any direct connection with the local or state police.
They don't seem to play!!🤨🤨👍💪

I saw a photo of it painted up like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and with antlers.
I flew in a few of those when I was in the Navy, got to take off in one with RATO, Rocket Assisted Take Off, Wow what a Ride, it felt like we were going straight up, but it was probably more of a 45° angle, and we were sitting on cargo net seats along the sides of the plane, holding on for dear life. 😂

Trooper Taylor's stop - even after the first TVI, they kept going AND their child was in the car? I'd charge them both with endangering a minor - that is crazy. And who the heck is she calling to give a location? That is a pucker factor to me - you do not need foolish relatives of the genius you just pulled over at the scene making anything worse.

The last officer should've called the hospital to verify her story. More times than not, criminals will say anything to get out of trouble, even making up a tragic story and calling a friend or family member to collaborate a fictitious event. I hope that's not her case and if her brother was shot, I pray that he made/makes a speedy recovery.
At 49:34, the trooper's report says that he did in fact get confirmation (while on the scene) of there being an unknown male at the hospital with a gunshot to the head. I think this is the first time I have seen one of these videos that the person's story turned out to be true.
