You did an amazing job in updating a design that many Hawk owner's have bemoaned for decades. Sharp redesign features that make it look an instant classic.
I notice that you never used the original air box, which is a great idea with those aftermarket air filters attached to the back of the carbs. What did you use for that? Did you post on a forum any specifications for your build? Would be great to replace those crappy rubber boots with whatever you have here
Hey! Thx for the comment, check on my channel is one of the videos for the carbs installation. I used individual filter “pods”, with following a re- jet for highs and lows.
If I remember correctly, I replaced the original jets with a step up, the small jet : from 75 to 95, the big jet from 110 to 125? So Sorry It's been a while! 🥴🥴
