I think the negative remarks are driven by one thing: wondering why people watch this type of content. Let’s face it, viewers are watching someone brush their teeth and clean their face, among other mundane tasks. These are things my parents taught me some time ago. It’s an odd way for viewers to spend their time. I get the content directed at cleaning and cooking and gardening etc. But watching another adult dress for work? 😮

Morning routine i recommend: Wake up, make green tea, brush teeth, bowl of fruits, deoderant, skin care, haircare, study(if you have an upcoming test), Stretches, workout, meditation, Tips i recommend for a good life style: 1. Limit your sugar intake, for women 25 grams and for men 36 2. Eat enough protein 3. Workout 4. Have good oral hygiene 5. Have a good haircare routine 6. Have a good skincare routine 7. Take your daily vitamins 8. Stay hydrated 9. Try to get good grades 10. Finally, sleep enough hours Remember im not forcing for any of this and you can always have fun when doing this stuff, dont go too extreme on your self and remember these are just tips and all of you are beautiful!
