A full route visual of route 2. Double that to find out how many 2s I waited for this one. Yes, I planned a specific departure ... and definitely didn't know already it was HV290... But anyway, here is a route visual of the 2, which goes from Marylebone (pronounced mar•lee•bone) to West Norwood, right outside the Arriva garage where this bus is based. I have to say, this bus is in very good condition, absolutely spotless - not even any litter left behind by chavs! It's also maintained very well, great work to the Arriva engineers at Norwood depot. I would highly suggest riding these Gemini 3s on route 2 or 249. Like if you want me to film a journey on this same bus.

Excellent route visual! The 2 is a lovely bus route! Wow it only took you 49 minutes to go from Marylebone to West Norwood!? See some people think West Norwood is in another dimension compared to London but all the bus routes provide a quick connection to Central London. For example, the 68 takes max 1 hour 5 minutes to get from West Norwood to Euston (Monday morning traffic on Waterloo Bridge and Southampton Row can be extremely hectic!) but most of the times it gets to Central London in like 54 minutes! The 2 is very quick as well. My collegue tells me the 2 gets him to Baker Street in like 57 minutes during rush hour. Not so bad considering the 205 takes 1 hour and 20 minutes from Bow Church to Baker Street. Even from Zone 1 the 205 takes forever to get to Baker Street! I agree with you Arriva take pride in their routes. The Arriva buses always smell clean and fresh in the mornings and are always well mantained. No wonder TFL give them so many bus route contracts ecspecially all the big routes. I mean the biggest loss in the last few years for Arriva was probably the 76 to Go Ahead. Nice video!
