Getting high in Greensboro is a big business. There are at least 10 stores in the city dedicated to selling Delta 8, including Hemp House on West Market.
Owner Waleed Isa is also a realtor. This is his side gig because:
“Delta 8 is very popular and it's still growing in popularity,” he said.
Isa said Delta 8 helped him recover from coronavirus.
“I was miserable for a straight two weeks," he said. "Nausea and all that sort of thing. Whenever the fever started going away, the nausea really wasn't and I was having a very tough time eating or drinking anything.”
In 12 days, he lost 20 pounds.
“It was very scary," Isa said. "A dark time for me for sure.”
Delta 8 gave him the munchies.
“I was very thankful for that because a big part of my life is food," Isa said. "I'm a type of person that really enjoys eating. I don't enjoy a lot of things. I don't, like, I don't drink. I don't go out and party or anything. You know, I love food.”
A variety of foods and snacks can be made using Delta 8.

I'm like why does the vegetables need to be firm like it's canned food LOL so anyway the chemical calcium chloride was in it and I've been really cleansing my body and not eating a lot of bad fat or salty foods and undecided to eat that can of beans which I was hesitant to eat because I saw that it said organic but I looked at the ingredients and it had that calcium chloride added to the beans in the water. Which usually frustrates me when I see something ridiculous added to something that's so simply made. So basically what happened is I was hungry not too long ago and I just decided to force myself to eat the can of vegetables and I ended up feeling terrible when I ate it. Because my pallet is so clean lately, I've just been drinking water and eating raw/ cooked vegetables. So when I ate that can of vegetables that had the chemicals in it I kind of got sick (crazy stomach pains) and there's not even a lot of calcium chloride as it's listed as the last ingredient. So yeah with that experience the other day and my strong previous knowledge of bad food I'm pushing myself even further away from trusting certain foods. I know I shouldn't ate that can I was just.. well I'm struggling right now but that's another story LOL😅✌🙏
The FDA was only put in place to allow companies to poison the populace and not be held liable. Can't sue the company when the FDA approved it. Look at the cancer rate in the USA since the FDA was implemented. Skyrocketed. There are food dyes banned around the globe that the FDA allows in the food supply of the United States. Want to know why cancer is the number 2 cause of death behind heart disease? Look no further than the FDA and them rubber stamping companies to poison us because the poison is a bit cheaper and will last a bit longer on the shelf.

My wife was having horrible pain from kidney stones. She hated taking the pain medicine becuase it would make her so sick. We did the online tellahealth appointment to get her medical marijuana card. Got her some delta 8 gummies. 10mg and 20mg and it helps her so much more than pain medicine and does not make her sick. I can't believe how taboo they made it seem growing up.

Delta 8 isnt the same a regular thc as its synthetic, they are using chemicals to alter its molecular structure to give it a more psychoactive effect. They are using a loophole to make this stuff and it hasnt been studied and its making some people sick. It made my son so sick that he was constantly throwing up and it almost shut his kidneys down. For a long time drs couldnt figure out what was wrong and they thought he had a GI issue like crohn's that was being triggered by something he ate and it turns out it was the delta 8. I have another freind that was using the gummies and she said when she stopped she was having withdrawal like symptoms. You may as well be smoking spice.

I think it may have triggered my nephew but all natural weed and THC products natural still will kinda have withdrawal I laughed but I stopped weed and got sick. A little. They fail to mention that all those "side effects" or at least most of them, are a direct result of "greening out" which is just taking too much. Similar to drinking too much, you are overloading your body and therefore will feel bad. A lot of people that green out, are either very new to cannabis of any form or are new to edibles.

I've used plenty of Delta 9 in my younger days and I enjoyed it thoroughly. But, I gave up weed for 20+ years and I didn't really miss it as it made me lethargic and lazy. Now, being 53 years old, I found Delta 8 about a year ago and I like it more than I ever liked "regular" weed. It gives you a buzz, just not nearly as intense. It REALLY helps with body aches and pains. It's better than pills or booze.

There is a loophole in the 2018 bill that makes it so you can get weed shipped to your door, in a non legal state. Cultofthefranklin subreddit will tell you what you need to know.

There is a loop hole for legal delta 9 from hemp . The bud itself must have less than 0.3 delta 9 but it can have as much THCa as you want witch is basically the same as the illegal version that usually contains around less than 1 %. TCA.

Delta 9 / THC is not illegal. It has been legal since 2018 (Federal Law). The amount of THC in each product is what the law regulates. Those are facts.
Now what I'm not sure about is how a state would make it illegal because I thought Federal Law trumps State Law...........? But either way it is legal. For anyone who is interested in learning or reading what is and is not legal it is called the 2018 Farm Bill Act.

Delta-9 THC can also be derived from hemp. In Minnesota, Delta-9 THC edibles derived from hemp are legal, by state law. (Marijuana is still illegal in MN.)

Delta 8 as an edible has the same effect as Delta 9, but it's not as strong. Basically the THC molecule is metabolized by your liver and 11Hydroxy THC is produced which produces the high.
It all comes down to the dosage that you take. If you are a first-time user take a 5mg gummy, then see how you do. I generally take 10mg and I have friends with higher tolerances that take 25-30mg. So the more often you use gummies your tolerance will increase and you will need to increase your dosage over time to get the same effect. Dosage people...dosage.

Marijuana isn’t for everyone, delta 8 is no different than delta 9 don’t let people lie to you. The only difference is it’s about half as potent. So the 2,400 reports are mostly ODs if you have a panic attack you’ve over doses. Just because you didn’t die does not determine safety. But I am 100% pro choice on this matter.
Have you ever tried delta 8 vrs delta 9? I have. Delta 8 has a double bond on the 8th carbon chain. It bonds with both CB1 and CB2 receptors. Whereas delta 9 only bonds to the CB1 receptors. My medical delta 8 cartridges are the same dosage (20thc:1 cbd) as my delta 9. They get me just as stoned but it’s a different kind of high. More calming then delta 9 imo. It is less likely I would experience anxiety from the high on delta 8. Its definitely a different experience.

But I’ve done drugs (research chemicals is what they’re labeled) you’ve never heard of. I’ve tried maybe 50 different synthetic cannabanoids. None felt exactly like marijuana, some literally felt like acid, some were more chill and felt close to weed but more like a cousin. I could not feel any difference.
I’m not saying you’re wrong, because you’re saying it provides you a different type of relief. But as far as what I read into it, it pretty much works on the same receptors, it’s potency is different. Do you know what an isomer is? I see you brought up the carbon chain, this is why I ask.

With the exception of carts and oil, because you’re intaking so much at once it could be hard to tell the difference in potency if that’s the only what you smoked it.

@@brandon9172 it may to you, but I’m just being honest I’m one of those people who’s done way more drugs than other people. So I like to think I’m polarized enough. It doesn’t feel any different that a low indica, but that’s to me of course. Like I agree with the d10 feeling more like a sativa, the reason I agree is every sativa i ever smoked gave everything a slightly pink/red tint. D10 literally does the same thing.

For someone who's supposedly been in it for 15 years, he has absolutely no freakin clue what he is talking about. If you like smoking solvent and heavy metals then delta 8 is your synthetic friend, if you care about your health at all, you'd never recognize delta 8 poison as having anything to do with cannabis at all.
