Thank you for your videos, I am so happy for them, they are very helpful and you do a great job explaining.
Very good bite-sized series. Thank you.
Thanks, Paul. 3rd Video is Complete. Moving on to the 4th Video 😀
Its really very useful, Thanks Paul.
Great videos. Thanks so much Paul!
getting clear understanding of this plugin. We need to learn in-depth to become creative
Muchas gracias por compartir, me ayudo mucho!:)
But how do you get a fixed feature list showing all features, each with its own icon, and strike through the features the property doesn't have? :)
This training series is AWESOME!!! When are playing on releasing more?
There are 3 more parts coming out this week. 🤘
Hi Paul, Thanks for the videos i learn a lot from you. I want to show form submissions on a datagrid to some of my logged in user dashboard how can i do that can you help me out with it.
Hi Paul.
Excellent Playlist videos...
I got a Q. after made the glossaries and set the meta label. I made an admin column with the meta label from glossaries but doesn´t display the content, instead says array. What did I do wrong? What I have to change to displays the content?. Please and Thank You.
I think of the glossary as a list I don’t have type over and over, the user can’t mess up the spelling because they just select, whereas the taxonomy link posts etc a big daddy vs child
Hi, Aren't supposed to create glossaries entries with short values in Field Value (= "o" or "1") and Field Label = "online"? On the post page the Field Value always appears, not label. Thanks
thanks for everything the only thing that is missing is that we can duplicate the Glossaries we can only duplicate Field Value
Paul, Thanks for another great tutorial. I'm having a hard time distinguishing when to use a Glossary and when to use a Taxonomy. They seem very similar to me - almost interchangeable. Can you explain a bit more about when to use each? Are there limitations around filters, search etc? If I have a list of physician degrees like MD, DO, Ph.D. etc...that I want users to be able to select when creating a new post/profile. In this situation would it be better to use a TAX or Glossary and why? I have lists like procedures offered, insurance carriers we accept, languages spoken etc... In the past, I have always added these as taxonomies. Any reason to start using glossaries? Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
The easiest way to think about it is that a glossary is simply a centralised shortcut for creating repetitive lists of items that can be used in taxonomy listings, filter lists and form lists (for example, select form fields).
They just speed up the process and stops you having to manually recreate the exact same information in multiple places.
A list template of sorts.
I hope that helps? 😁
Hi from Brazil.
Is it possible for the user to register new items in the glossary? (backend). Thanks
Hi, great Video as always. User/Client Dashboards can be designed by this too?
Looking forward for more deeper Crocoblock Videos 😍
I see a lot of videos on the channel wih Elementor Pro instead of some Crocoblock Plugins. What JetPlugins for Elementor is recommendable for creating a Profile Dashboard?
@@Zzaady you can use JetEngine and the built in profile builder. If you look on the channel I recently released a tutorial cover it. 👍
@@WPTuts I already watched the video you recently uploaded and it helped me a lot. The thing is that I am using Posts as a multi vendor plattform for products instead of having it in WooBuilder as a Product. Is there a way to get my WordPress Posts running in a Dashboard or do I have to switch it to Products?
the glossary list gets cut off in some of my listings? any fix for this? its just for some not all of them and I'm using the same template
Is it even possible to make a glossary index with this plugin? A, B, C, D…
Hello Does anyone knows how to amend specific page source code?
I'm still confused about Taxonomies vs. Glossaries vs. Metaboxes and when to use what. Is there any video that shows the different purposes of each ? Thanks.
Think of glossary as being a child list, taxonomy the big daddy!
Me too, can someone tell the different between them?
May i ask for detailed i formation about differences between glossary and taxonomy as i confused and see that both looks the same.
A glossary is just a central location for the values used in any form of list in JetEngine.
It's purpose is just to speed up the input of data in your forms, filters, etc.
The only question is how do you only show the feature that is selected in the listing vs. all the options?
Exactly. I was also left with this doubt!
Yeah I wondered that. It's ok to list them all, but how do you only "tick" the ones it has? (or hide the ones it doesn't)
I suspect that something got lost in the editing of the video and that in fact Paul HAD subsequently checked all 3 values in his listing because it WILL only show the values that had been checked.
It is a nice feature, but still very basic..... I would like to see something like a list which can have added images to... e.g. PDF file + icon or image, and word file + icon or image
