When it comes down to it. Nearly all of the OEMs out there have parts made in China. So the diff on this Navitas Chassis was made in the same country by the same business that makes Club Cars, Ezgos, Yamahas, etc.
Regardless, Navitas built the cart with their parts and they do a phenomenal job so I don't think they'd put a diff in there that would blow up BUT I'm sure if you give it to much power and weight it could explode lol.
Tune your controller. You can really get some amps out of em. I have 2 in parallel on my big cart and got a bigger motor controller and can wheelie whith 4 people in it.
Compared to a Non Lifted Navitas Chassis, this is around a 4-5" lift . But it's not a lift kit necessarily. Navitas makes their carts both lifted and non lifted.
They didn't add any weight besides that back seat kit which weighs maybe 60 lbs max. If he added a bunch of weight it would rip that back seat kit off or even flip the golf cart up so high when it comes down it's going to bend steering savers the front frame plate where the steering rack bolts to and basically have to rebuild the whole front end which isn't cheap. This is a very nice cart purpose built for this o build custom carts for a living all day everyday and I have built 9 carts this year already with lithium batteries that do wheelies just like this cart does but I don't give it to the customers where it will wheelie I tune it down just enough to keep the front wheels on the ground cause if they let those kids drive it I don't want it to flip and someone gets hurt not knowing how to drive that fast of a cart
Adding a lithium battery and saying that causes your golf cart to do wheelies is like saying I put bigger fuel lines in my car and now it goes 500 miles an hour. Now if you're talking about a motor swap and a high output battery that's a lot different.
I didn't generalize. I specifically said "Performance" Lithium battery in a "Navitas" golf cart. If you do exactly what I said in this video then yes, your Navitas golf cart will do a wheelie.
It’s not the battery. In fact, lithium batteries don’t like high output controllers as they shut down when current demands are high. Trojan 1275 until they sort this shit out.
I want to tell me dad to sell the ezgo golf cart we have and get this cart with the the setup because we live on a farm and he needs something more powerful especially since our farm is hilly
I build custom golf carts and just a battery swap to lithium is not gonna make the cart do this i install these same batteries all the time you gotta hook it to the lap top and reprogram the computer and esc
You are correct. That's why I said "Navitas golf cart" because it's a Navitas golf cart chassis that comes with a 5KW Navitas motor and 600Amp controller installed from the factory. Adding a Lithium battery to any plain Ole gol cart will not make it do wheelies.
@@bacartsvwI know I was just saying in general for ppl who think you can just install and battery and boom instant wheelies. Now honestly a stock Yamaha drive 2 chassis would be safe for this amount of power but I wouldn't wanna make it any faster then this with a stock front suspension setup.
So much torque the chassis twisted off the line 😂
I think Dom Toretto would be proud.
That made in China dif is not going to last long😂

Is this 48 or 72 volt? That’s a nice wheelie
@@qitstrn 48v! But the wheelie would be much crazier if it was 72v!
@@bacartsvwdoesnt matter where it was made, it wasnt made for that voltage lol
Twisted the chassis
You forgot to mention the performance ESC. It could do this with the stock battery.
Only have 60 seconds so I can only say so much! Also. This was Navitas golf cart, so I'm just showing the performance of this cart with this battery.
@@bacartsvwplease tell me the bettary's life ?
Get a 6 seater and your set!
Thanks for the idea😂😂
Welcome! Totally necessary right!?

Yes

Awesome
Thanks!
No way I just seen a fucking golf cart do a wheelie
We have one my son made it does 45 mph. And wheelies
What size lift kit is that? Thanks
Compared to a Non Lifted Navitas Chassis, this is around a 4-5" lift . But it's not a lift kit necessarily. Navitas makes their carts both lifted and non lifted.
@@bacartsvwplease tell me the actual cost of the same .
And weigh down the back of the cart with an extra few hundred lbs so the front lifts up with mild acceleration......
Just has a backseat that weighs under the 100lbs! If we actually put weight in the back, it'd do a wheelie so high that it'd rip the backseat off!

Need a plaid motor
If Tesla ever makes a golf cart, we'll be the first people to sign up lol
What’s it’s new top speed
32mph! Would be even faster with 72v battery hit wouldn't recommend it on the factory suspension.
I wonder if I could stuff a v-twin or an I-4 in there 🤔
Could def put a v twin on the back where the rear seats are
does your golf cart even have 3000 horsepower bro
A 3000HP Golf Cart would be frickin wicked!
Golf carts are the next thing to hit the quarter mile. Watch out Ferrari’s and Tesla of the world.
🤣. Give Plum Quick golf carts a search here on CZcams, they could give a Tesla a run for the money! Lol
that wheels and tires can into mini truck? Or not?
Not sure what you mean?

The 5k Navitas has enough to flip that cart if you up the amp draw to 350. 18hp is an amazing feeling.

Is it just a 48v lithium pack?
It's Roy Pow performance version of their 48V Lithium battery. Offers 100 Amp more discharge.
I’ll gap it
Ill race ya with our Honda pioneer 1000 .....😊 Better charge ya battery a lil hotter for take off😊
Come on, that's an unfair comparison! If you're allowed to us an entirely different type of vehicle then I'm allowed to use a Kawasaki Ninja! 😜🤣
