I must commend the presenter of this video as it is among the best Manual Testing videos on youtube as a LOT of stuff is covered that I have not seen anywhere else
The on-screen notes are extremely helpful as many people have a hard time (incl me) when the accent and speed of the person talking are difficult (or near impossible) to understand!
