Well, I don't know if people noticed, but UK also has a prosthetic leg (lost it during WWI). As for his wing, (as cliche as it may sound) he lost it during WWII (he return to the United Kingdom at some point in the war but was hit by an aerial bomb somewhere between 10-11 May 1941, which was the biggest Blitz raid on London).

First of all, I LOVE the designs
Second, this video was great! (Except for that… rusame bit… *dies on the inside from sheer horror* (especially from the *image*))
UK with mustache was smth I didn’t know I needed till now, pffthaha! I must say that I also like character’s interactions with each other)
AND I found that comment where you mentioned some details + bg for UK’s injuries, I must say, that’s very creative and cool!
P.S. I ADORE the father-son relationship between UK and US.

The rusame was hard to make and sadly these kind of pictures are so easy to find I swear, I’m personally not a rusame shipper but I believe as long as it doesn’t hurt anybody, I’ll ignore what I don’t like and go on with my life 🙂(I’m also a shipper, not a multi shipper, and my ship is the only ship I have from all the fandoms I’m in. I’m often wondering « Why did it have to be in this fandom, where shipping is such a controversial topic 😭))
And yeah, idk why but I find characters who wear a mustache and who don’t usually have a mustache, hilarious (my humour is pretty broken, glad I found one of my people!)
Well, now UK’s design changed quite a bit haha! His wings aren’t as injured, he still has both of them and they’re working fine (they’re dragon wings now, for obvious reasons and also because dragons are badass creatures). But he’s still missing a leg because I like torturing and putting some trauma on characters I love (apparently it’s not uncommon for people to do this with their OC, from what I’ve see on TikTok 😂)
Glad to see you like UK and USA’s father-son relationship! They care about each other, joke about one another but it’s never in a bad way (it’s like how Zoro and Sanji fight, if you watch one piece, it’s just for the fun of it).

About UK and US relationship, I honestly see them just the way you described! Two ppl that care about each other but won’t miss an opportunity to pick at one another sometimes… or a bit more often then that.. pfft
I won’t lie, I feel.. annoyed/upset when UK in their relationship is portrayed as a “bad guy” (bad father/brother figure) (not saying anyone should stop with their HCs tho! Just my personal preference..)
@@hephaesty5161 I ship UK x France but since I'm not very comfortable with how people would react, I didn't really make any ship videos, well, I made one but in the end I turned the video private because I hated it xD
(tho I would want to make more ship videos- And it just makes me happy to do stuff with these two, not my fault I don't like any other ships in any fandoms 😭).
I have (I think) a very unique take on ships and countryhumans as characters (I even prepared a paragraph to post in a community post, explaining my view on it but I'm not sure if I should post it, because I don't want things to get weird on my channel, but at the same time I feel like I need to say this aaaaaaaaah!!)
Anyway!
As for UK's design, it already changed from the one in my latest video (I change my designs a lot, until I have THE ONE. For the moment designs that I'm sure won't change include: USA, Canada, Australia, German Empire, France and Ireland (just to name a few)).
Random note, but I made Kazakhstan yesterday and I like it! Let's hope this is one of the designs I won't change hahaha... I hate my indecisiveness 🥲
Honestly, I feel the same as you when it comes to UK's personality and relationships, like, just let the guy be a happy goofball already! At least from time to time 😭

I’d say you should do what you are comfortable with AND it also depends on the reason you created your channel in a way. If the main reason of it is to share smth you enjoy with the community, with people, then go for it! (Ofc only if you feel comfortable doing so. I understand holding back on certain ideas for one reason or another)
For the record, FrUK is quite a popular and accepted (as far as I have seen) ship, so you should be fine) (plus it’s something YOU like so don’t let anyone knock you down just because they don’t like it. People should know how to mind their business and respect others. Nobody is forcing them to stay or watch the video if they dislike the ship so any normal/mature/sensible person would simply respect your ship seeing as it doesn’t bring any harm to anyone)
About the post, I’m exciting to see your HCs if you do decide to post it! It’s your channel so you’re free to do whatever you want! (Tho fear is understandable. Buuut honestly, have you seen my EARLIEST video? Cringy but I made them for fun and myself so, I’d say have more faith and confidence in yourself! You’ve got this))
Ah, designs… the true pain in all honesty. I’m also always unsure about certain characters but at the same time I sometimes have some sort of irrational fear or trying to redesign if it looks ok-ish (not to mention other ppl like you who have awesome designs!)
And oml I can’t wait to see Kazakhstan! 100% sure he/she/they look amazing!

Also you made them react, which is something most people who make reaction videos in the Gacha community have a hard time doing. Like you know, A LOT of Gachatubers never change the characters expression or make them ACTUALLY INTERACT with the videos or other characters they're supposed to react to/interact with.
Oh boy redesigns haha... Since you discovered my channel recently, you must not have been there for the "America incident" as I like to call it XD
Basically, I made tons of redesigns for him at some point (in community posts, which I think I deleted most of those?) and MANY people didn't like any of them, many were saying that they "like the old design better" (which, in my opinion, is such an inspiration-killer). But I'm glad I didn't listen, because as I said, USA's current design is one of the ones I can FEEL I'll never change (or at least not in a very long time).
I remember someone calling one of the designs something like "a creepy old man" because I had added a beard 😅

Another funny thing about it is, that people didn't like one of the designs, but like really didn't like it for some reason. Yet I used this same design as a base to create the one I'm currently using (almost everything about the outfit is even the same), how ironic is that? SWEET REVENGE!!
As for Kazakhstan, I'll probably make a community post with him, that's what I usually do 👍

Here's two example of outfit battles:

1. First one has specific categories (like your favourite country (in the fandom) etc...).
2. Second one is really just an outfit or design "battle" to see what is your own design of a country.
If I do one, I'm not sure which one I might do yet. If it's the first option, I don't know if I should only focus on countryhumans (which is my primary and only content) or add things like: first ever OC, first fandom you joined etc...

OK so! If you look at it closely, you will notice that his eye is not exactly « closed ». It was stitched, after it was pierced with a sharp object (during WWII). Now if the flesh was to be open in someway, there would a hole, with disgusting red flesh.
If you want to see what it would look like (it could be a bit unsettling, so if you’re very sensitive don’t look this up), try searching something « Eye removed » and then there would be a picture in the image section called « Enucleation and Evisceration ». If you find it, that’s what it would be without the stitches ^^ I could also put the link of the picture in a comment if you don’t find it and you’re really curious, but again if you’re too sensitive I don’t recommend 😅
