- A song of praise and thanksgiving. Nsay ki la wrote this song back in 2006. This was one of the first songs from his pen. It was learned by many choirs, and has aged like fine wine.
The Virtual Chorale did a great job. Given that Nsay ki la himself produced it, their performance is exactly what he had in his mind. Dijay Kay did the mixing and mastering.
The special traditional feel, with xylophones (balafons), drums and shakers gives a characteristic experience of music from the grasslands of Cameroon. We Praise and Thank You is a song that will move you to your feet to join the dance.
It is usable for Entrance or Exit at Holy Mass, as well as for Praise and Thanksgiving, and can fit into the General song category for various purposes.

My early years in Sams we used to play this in church with to be fr Mac Donald on the solo xylophones and me on the drums alongside the voices of samisco city as we use to call it we created magic
