Love pure:unmask! Sonible's doing amazing work these days. smart:EQ is in my mix template-one on instrument bus, one on vocal bus. Like a lot of the recent W.A. Production plugs, it's pretty heavy on CPU-but only relatively-it didn't lag my mix. Something about the way they're implementing the Melba guts inside it. Plugin Doctor HATES it lol. You hear how heavy it is when you switch between Spectrum modes and M/S mode. If you watch the footage closely, the spectral display plays in-sync, but the led meters are way lagging. But, as with all these recent WA plugs, I loved the tone. Used with constraint, on tracks that are already EQed to get good separation, it's fantastic.
