Assalamualaikum. Alhamdulillah found this video. My anxiety is triggered by overwhelming responsibility and feeling overworked. It actually manifests itself as a feeling on edge, restlessness, chaotic and irritability. It made me felt angry with myself because I thought I was a bad husband and father. I had a nervous breakdown at one time during ramadhan, locked myself in my bedroom and broke in tears. In my heart I supplicated (more of a monolog) towards Allah asking what is wrong with me, I easily get stressed out. I felt that way for a week and today, eid day I still feel it.
May Allah forgive him and grant him Jannah
He has left for final abode. May Allah bless him in barzakh and forward. Inna lillahe wa inna lillahe rajeun

اَللّٰھُمَّ اغْفِرْلَهُ وَ ارْفَعْ دَرَجَتَهُ فِی الْمَھْدِیِّیْنَ وَ اخْلُفْهُ فِیْ عَقِبِهِ فِی الْغَابِرِیْنَ وَ اغْفِرْلَنَا وَلَهُ یَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ وَ افْسَحْ لَهُ فِیْ قَبْرِهِ وَ نَوِّرْ لَهُ فِیْهِ۔
O Allah! forgive him and raise his degrees amongst the guided ones. Make for him a successor from among the people that remain. O Lord of the words! forgive us and forgive him. Expand for him his grave and illuminate it for him.
Note: The Messenger of Allah read this du‘ā for Abū Salamah. Mention the name of the deceased in place of lahū.
اے الله اس کو معاف فرما اور ہدایت یافته لوگوں میں اس کا درجه بلند فرما اور اس کے پیچھے باقی لوگوں میں اس کا جانشین مقرر فرما اے رب العالمین! ہمیں اور اس کو بخش دے اور اس کی قبر میں اس کے لیے کشادگی فرما اور اس میں اس کے لیے روشنی فرما۔
نوٹ: یه دعا رسول الله صلی الله علیه وسلم نے ابو سلمه رضی الله عنه کے لیے پڑھی تھی۔
