- Ask me why I decided to drop everything and move to Hawaii. Building fire at 5 am, sea urchin attack, roommates with COVID, life threatening hikes, robberies, housing complications, and the list goes on... at the very least, it kept me entertained.

Wow you’ve been here a while! My club med videos were LONG ago! And Hawaii was definitely a beautiful and adventurous place that I’d travel to again but I don’t think I could live there haha

There's Facebook housing pages! Look up the city or school you're attending with the word "housing" after it and join those pages to find roommates:)

Start travelling to beautiful places!! Next up Thailand! Just thought of Dog the Bounty Hunter and the crystal meth epidemic that is in Hawaii. Stay safe! Always walk outside with a buddy.

How do you go through a process like this? Like how can i find strangers to live in hawaii with and sign a lease to do so? Idek the questions to ask i just wanna experience the same thing😅
I found them all on facebook groups! There are groups of people for each island that were looking for housing and roommates, so I recommend finding groups like that for the place/places you want to visit! Don't recommend singing a lease with people you haven't met though. If I were to do it again I would've found a place to rent through AirBnb instead. Hope that helps!

@@laurenvictoria435 originally I planned to get a job but it was insanely hard to find one during covid. So I just ended up using money I had saved up. (Which is part of the reason I decided to end my trip early.) I would definitely recommend finding a source of income before booking your place if that’s important to you

Yesss I discovered I really like to travel! I don’t think I could live there permanently (island time moves much slower than what I’m used to) but I would definitely love to visit again!
