I am 6'4" (1,95 cm) and I have owned and ridden about 10 different bikes in the last 11 years. Al of them great but I havent found the ideal ergonomics yet though.
If you ask me, there are a number of aspects that influence the ergonomics of the rider.
1- knee angle
2- hip angle
3- forward lean (torso)
4- height of the handlebars
5- width of the bar
And of course a combination of these.
I am considering making myself a peg lowering-kit to lower my shift and rear brake pedal by 2 cm. But before I try that I wanted to find out what the options would be with adjusting the gear lever.
