- 1 TBSP ZEERA POWDER
- 1 CUP RED ONION CRUSHED
- 10 to 12 ALMONDS (GRIND COARSELY)
- 2 TBSP CHANNA (ROAST & GRIND)
- 1 TBSP COCONUT (DESICCATED)

What a rich , elite n royal recipe by Chef Sumera saahiba ji. So well done n aesthetically presented . A Bakr e Eid special treat for audiences across the world . Sumera ji ke kaam mein unki waalida saahiba ie Shireen Anwar ki tarbiyat ke rang aur andaaz nazar aata hai which is just so beautiful to see. I am not comparing but just that it feels so special to feel the vibe of a golden great such as Shireen Anwar. Having said that Sumera ji has done a splendid job and this dish should be on all top 5 star buffet and dinner menus for sure.

Most welcome ! U can make a bake dish , one fry , 1 chicken gravy / karahi type a nice salad , raita and in rice u can either make peas pullao or chicken pullao 😊
If u want an elaborate menu then make chicken biryani 2 salads nice raita fried chops , some nice chicken maybe in boneless 😊
