What is Risk?
Risk is a strategy board game of diplomacy, conflict and conquest for two to six players. Players may form and dissolve alliances during the course of the game. The main goal in the standard version is to conquer every territory on the map and in doing so, eliminate the other players.

*Advice Request* I recently started playing risk and as your videos commonly mention, by watching your streams I have went from novice to expert and have tried pretty hard to get better. However, I’m struggling to get over the hump. Specifically, I don’t know how to win when I have an advantage in the end game (thus why I’m watching these end game videos) however, I was hoping you could give more tailored advice for someone like me. Thanks for the videos and your time!
Congrats on reaching Expert! :) For the endgames, if you mean 3 player ones, then as long you have more troops than both of the players combined, you could take one of them out, and then finish dealing with another one. Could be good to leave for the 2 player endgame the player who has a bunch of his troops blocked, so you would be potentially able to get a lot of troops by holding a lot of continents, like for example the first game in this video could be a common endgame strategy with a blocked Australian player: czcams.com/video/qU9Q2zOq3do/video.html
And for the 2 player endgames, 1v1 games could help you learn a lot, here is for example the video with the most basic tips: czcams.com/video/A47l21kCQME/video.html
But generally the tips for the 2 player endgame, is to crush biggest your opponent's armies if they are not blocked, so you would get the attacker's advantage, and if they're blocked then just leave them blocked, focusing on taking the continents which would give you a big troops bonus for successfully holding them, but if you cannot see such an opportunity and you couldn't afford letting your opponent hold his continent, then obviously make sure to invade it. Also focus on capturing as many territories as possible, after 12 territories you start getting 4 territorial troops instead of 3, and then for every 3 new territories - you get 1 extra troop if you successfully hold them, so for example for 24 territories - you would get even 8 territorial troops. Also make sure to not leave a lot of your troops blocked yourself.
Also make sure to turn the camera animations off if you haven't already to gain speed which could be very important in the endgames for sure: czcams.com/video/qGxlYFQfXw8/video.html

After watching this video and a few others I got into a lobby with a master who was trying to trick new player into a game by using four bots (I'm an intermediate). I got annoyed at the fact and almost left but decided to stay and act like I was pretty new by making him think I was going for australia. Later on I swipped him in order to stop him from being able to get one of the bots cards which I took the turn after. This lead me to win the game because they underestimated me. Sometimes higher ranking players get overconfident because of the idea that rank = skill and even though it is commonly true it doesn't apply to everyone. I went from 104k-83k in ranking. When did you play this game? I don’t see the players on the right side. Was this before the new update? If that’s the case then I’m impressed at how long you spend editing your videos. Lol!
Also at 13:00 you didn’t need 14 troops in China because the blue player was blocked with India. Let me know what you think.
Yeah, it is because the game was played before the update, but it was started editing only 4 days before, haha 😁 Whenever I play games - I always record them and upload to my computer later on, and save them for a while. So I was scrolling through some of my recordings and it seemed as a decent game to upload 😃
And yeah, at 13:00 I could just simply capture India territory and put these troops here instead of having them in China, but I just didn't want that I would only have one territory left to capture Asia which is the Middle East, so then the blue player would have been extremely irritated and really afraid that I will want to take his troops down from there, in the result he most likely would have pulled some of the troops from Africa to strengthen the Middle East territory and maybe even blitzing some of my armies, but who knows, haha 😅
Or if I had left China territory with one troop, then the blue player would have been able to access to attack my territories in Asia just by simply adding some troops to India territory, haha 😅

Yeah, I don't really like it as well after the update, it seems currently you lose quite more troops...
Champion ever what tools do you use record your games in such high quality? P.s great game p.p.s I hate the new update because I can’t ask non allies to attack other players or request alliances over and over.😢
I just simply use a recording app, called "DU recorder". And yeah, I don't like the new update for the same reason as well, and because balanced blitz dice rolls have been changed, currently you lose quite more troops

Probably cause master players are more predictable, since they want to hold the balance of the game more and don't suicide on you as often. While beginners can more easily get angry and suicide on you.
