It's funny how foreigners care so much about how many protein, calories, sugars are there. We Indian ppl don't care and even don't know the amount of protein, calories etc we get from the food. We just eat whatever we want lol

The reason many Indian sweets are too sweet for thw foreigners or they give a sugar rush is because qe indians eat a lot of spicy food and we need this sweet to tone down the spice level..
Foreigners hence find it too sweet for their liking..

In general, Indian foods (savoury or sweet) have stronger flavours and European, Australian, North American foods have very mild / bland flavours. So their tongues are more sensitive, that's why our normal spicy is too spicy for them and our normal sweets are too sweet for them.

I love the fact that yours is the first channel that got every individual from a different nation, rather than just a bunch of people. Nice concept!! Please do a video on Indian Beverage, like Aam Panna, Sweet Lassi, Masala Chai, South Indian Filter Coffee.

It's not chickpea flour .. it's gram flour for besan ka halwa. And in gajar ka halwa, there aren't coconut flakes...the white stuff is khoya which is made by reducing the milk continually stirring it.

Indian sweets are of two types. From milk and sugar. Once jaggery was used and thanks to British rule this cane sugar replaced it. All Halwas are healthy because they boil them for hours together. Of course if you are diabetic you must take them in spoons. Unless it became old and stale sweets won't trouble you. India has got varieties from each corner. So far South Indian dishes Tiffin and Snacks are not introduced to them. Dear Brothers don't hesitate to taste Indian food, because it keeps more than one billion people alive!
