Honestly, this does not look like much work has been put into this.
1) 3 tiers is not enough when your showing 30+ champs with 1 tier being a single champion.
2) you should be looking into if it's it's people who main the champ and if that is what makes them good
3) Also showing a tier for bad champs is a good thing. You want people to know what is actually bad at the moment.
