Vipers thing in the SF universe is that she's an elite agent working for some company that she refuses to talk about (smart move actually), so she needed these gadgets to keep up with people who could throw fireballs just from channeling their inner chi. So in the context of her character, it works. And it works WELL.
@PsychoJosh Actually, she is the most interesting of them all. As she actually is well, original. What is essentially a secret agent isn't something that really appears much in fighting games. And how she fights is pretty original. The character is emotionless during matters of business yet remarkable caring to her daughter. Like two different personalities. I don't see a reason to dislike her.

His theme sounds a bit like Jam's in the beginning and that one move at 0:34 reminds me of that super she does that has the dragon appear in the background
