Savage urge work on speed from issatar moving speed and barbarian sprint and wizard lightning nova movement speed? Hope you can test this.

i do use the chosen one in vault works just fine for me , pvp not too bad either

I tested Harbinger with Teleport and it shows buffs under character's portrait but doesn't increase Crit chance in stats tab, odd. Also critical chance in stats tab doesn't increase with increasing movement speed. A bug or just a visual bug?

That what I notice. For the critical with speed increase.Never seen any critical buff except speed buff. Don't know how it work. But for the invisible damage increase and critical buff it work with any dash this I'm confirm since with this invisible my wizard get increase critical without mother lament and rolling consequences equip.

@@alexfoo5118 I can confirm on Test dummy that Damage buff 30% works and is extended by Vithu's, it's harder to measure Critical hit chance increase though if it won't show up in stats.

I can see if combo with demon hunter smoke screen 50% critical sure deadly.
