They got me through so many times as a kid. I remember all these guys, and of course I remember Shane. I just remember dribbling tennis balls as a kid in the hallways in school, and wishing I could hit an Open Run with their crew. I missed my chance as a kid, but did get to see them play live, met Hot Sauce and all of them, still have my VHS tape signed by them. I grew into other passions as I got older, but I love AND 1, I'll always support them

He right bout that. Listen I can't explain how much and1 meant to me at 1 point. I started off with being krazy about MJ, then I was krazy bout Ai, but at 1 point Hot Sauce was my favorite celebrity period in the world. All I did was watch and1. So just imagine being in ur last period at school talking 2 ur homies about the Episode of Street Ball that came on the night b4, & that Episode was focused on Hot Sauce in Atlanta...Only 2 walk out the door & see Hot Sauce walking ur way? smh brah...When he got up to me about 2 walk past I said "What up Sauce?" He walked up 2 me & dapped me up, & I said "I seen u on TV last night", & he said "I was killing them niggaz dawg?" I said "Hell yeah". I went home & watched TF out of Volume 5 lol. To randomly go outside & talk 2 your favorite celebrity over any nba player or rapper at that time doesn't even seem realistic. I'll never 4geet thay day no matter how old I get

Love AND1 to this day. It's a shame how the company was bought by some clueless old rich people because they don't know what they have. I actually went to a few games back in the day, played in open runs and all. They actually came to my high school one time and I almost got to play in the game but after scoring 1 of 2 points needed to play in the game dude started stiff arming tf out of me lol. I still have my autographed hot sauce jersey from 2004 too lmao. Got a few signatures on it like half man half amazing, go get it, AO, main event, and a few others. I wish they'd bring it back but with who, all the guys are a lil older now. Ball Up tried to finish where AND1 left off but it wasn't the same.

And that AND1 store in Philadelphia was the BOMB. I ordered my jersey and shorts from there. I was pissed because I ordered the white and red 2 Chi shoes but they sent me the white and red Tai Chi shoes. To this day I literally still look for a pair of 2 chi's but can't find them anywhere. I saw a couple pairs on eBay but they're like size 16 and ish lol.

Although they ALL gave us many many many memories to cherish from back in the day….Shane did some CLOWN ass shit by spending all his money when he was making it while playing with AND 1 & NOT managing his money correctly & coming at the guy the way he did as if the company did them wrong, in that documentary…Bruh wasn’t worried about all that ishh when he was spending all his earnings buying chains, watches, earrings, clothes hats, drinks, & bud. Now all the sudden it’s the companies fault? Cause YOU didn’t manage your money correctly!? Yeahhh Nahh, I wasn’t feeling NONE of that….Self accountability, take it for what it’s worth. If you wanted more money, you should of played harder…Make it so that the reason MORE people show up, is cause of YOU cause you played 10x harder & had them shouting YOUR name…Instead, you was just cool with the position you help on the team. . .
