Sapin-sapin Recipe Ingredients:
500g glutinous rice flour
2 cans (400 ml each can) coconut milk
1 can (390g condensed milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla flavor
1/2 tsp yellow food color
1/2 tsp ube flavor
Toppings:
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp brown sugar
