So find it funny how everyone is hating on his physique and workout. Not everyone is going to have the same build as the Avengers actors and he's playing a high schooler. He may like having this body type. Just because he doesn't lift heavy in this workout doesn't mean it's not an effective workout to meet his goals

I understand the people who say that this workout isn‘t really good but I wanna mention two important things:
1) this video is just showing his favorite exercises, which doesn‘t mean that he‘s only doing these exercises.
2) Even though he can‘t lift that heavy weights on the bench press, doesn‘t mean that he‘s not strong in general. I do exercise a lot and I would say that my body has a pretty good shape and I can lift heavy weights in almost every exercise but I just hate the bench press and genuinely I can „only“ lift 180lbs 10 times and whenever people see my body they think that I must be stronger at the bench but I am just not that strong but therefore I have other exercises where I am really strong. So yeah, I‘d also say that his body isn‘t really good but mass isn‘t everything. A body with less mass is way more better than a body with too much mass because all the guys who eat that much and have that much mass can‘t even ride a bike for 5 minutes😂

Sadly I’ve watched Riverdale... don’t judge me. But looking at this comment section makes me seriously question why the fuck does everyone think they’re Arnold? Like honestly. On the show he’s 17-18 he’s not gonna be a roided out monster. This workout looks meh I won’t lie. But you can’t deny it gets the results needed for the show. Especially if his diet is on track. He’s also got decent size on the third season can’t comment further I gave up. But he looked bigger. But not huge like everyone seems to think 17 year olds are. Not everyone is Jeff Seid or David Laid who are born to be bodybuilders.

Don't listen to people with no muscle on subjects about gaining muscle and "Skin splitting" chest pumps.
Instead, go watch some bodybuilding videos. You don't need to use steroids to see results, building muscle is a natural process and is pretty easy when you train properly with real weight.
