Regarding ice you said ask concerns or particular worry right after HOPI. If he is worried about cancer and we don’t get any clue of cancer from Hopi or by chance we miss cancer questions then how can we give satisfactory answer of his concern at this point.
If you miss any questions just say Mr X I forgot to ask a few questions relevant to your disease and then ask the questions. U donot have to answer regarding concerns during history taking. Tell them that I promise I will answer each and every question of yours but just let me ask a few questions to make sure what is going on.
