That poor lady in number 10 probably has dementia 😞 I've seen the effects of that disease from start to end. It's very scary. I can only imagine how frightening it must be for her, as well.
Now that you pointed it out it does make a lot of sense. My oma had dementia and she sadly died a week ago. The first signs with my oma were frustration and anger. But also hallucinations so that might just be it.
