I am an instructional designer at a charity search-and-rescue organisation and working on a module on mooring and towing right now. Would you give me your contact details to discuss the conditions, please? Maraming maraming salamat po, and keep up the great work! Marie

To much thrust from the ship enhanced the effect of the towing astern attempting to marry up evenly both stern tow lines. Communication issues.
um, as an ex tugman, we say
the tow has parted
Almost 3 years to the day
that one guy on the tug boat running up the stairs before the towline broke, might been lucky
His trying to manage the time to do maneuvering to avoid accidents but its to late
👍👍👍
