Yes, some UPSC people also don't have maturity. An IAS officer in my home state Karnataka was in love with his co trainee and both were very good officers. They were popular DCs. But, in the matter of love the male officer behaved immaturely and committed Suicide because of his love failure. His name is Ravi.
