Hey, yes you can provide recommendation letters from your school. Also to ensure you’re doing the right thing, you can email your school and they would get back to you.

Yes, I paid application fee. The application fee for my school was about $65. Most schools start from about $40-$100, however there are some schools that waive their application fee.

I applied aswell with an emergency date but got denied, ive paid the fee's again to reapply but date is hard to find as there is a section to click if you have been previously denied. Any tips to get a date aside the telegram groups and such? I have been checking dates everyday since then but havent seen any..
You can try to check the website often during the day, but not more than 3 times. Do you mean you got denied during an interview or the emergency date request.
I applied to study in the USA and got admission along with my i20, but got denied in my first attempt for a us visa, to which I applied for a USA visa again, I have applied for a visa again but have not gotten a date to schedule the us interview and my school is to start in a months time.
Normally I would apply for an emergency date but I can't because I saw a section that said "Select Visa Priority:
1) Previously Refused - Visa refused in the last 6 months (WARNING: Your appointment will be cancelled for providing false information. If your appointment is cancelled, you will need to re-pay your visa fee)
2) Regular - Visa not refused in the last 12 months ",
by default I am to click the first since i got refused in the last 6 months, but when i did after some time i got a message saying "your request to schedule a visa interview will be reviewed" and then I got an email that said this shortly after "Request to schedule has been approved, [Name] has been approved to schedule a Student / F-1 visa. Please log back into your account at cgifederal.secure.force.com to continue scheduling."
So now I dont know if I am to still click the place where it says
"Previously Refused - Visa refused in the last 6 months (WARNING: Your appointment will be cancelled for providing false information. If your appointment is cancelled, you will need to re-pay your visa fee) "
because when i click it, I do not see dates and get the message "there are no appointments available" I have gotten this message for more than one month now even after checking consistently.
I was also told by some other people applying aswell that I am to click the "Regular - Visa not refused in the last 12 months" and request an emergency date, they said one cannot see dates if they click the other option, they said I am to indicate I have been previously denied in my ds160 and not the actual CGI portal, that nobody can see dates if they click the "previously denied" option.
I don't know where I'm at as of now...had to explain in details so you understand, that's if you even bothered reading it

I can’t remember where I saved mine, I would suggest you do it yourself. Statement of purpose is personal and it relates to your course and what you want out of it.

Please can you throw more light on the proof of funds. Is it same as bank statement?How did you go about it, because going through the bank is very expensive for me. How did you get yours,i have been asked to submit my bank statement of account and passport bio data for my i20 application. Please i need your help regarding this, urgently. Thanks ❤
Yes, it is the same as bank statement. Proof of funds is basically just the amount, then you need to get a bank statement that reflects the amount within 6 months depending. I used the bank then, you can go through the links i dropped in the pinned comment and ask questions. The bank rate then was not as bad as this, i used the bank rate.

I am sorry, i do not have information on this. I would suggest checking the schools website, or better sending the school an email, they would respond to you.
No portfolio needed for PhD in HI, but there might be need for research paper related to Health informatics if transitioning from GIS
