I don't think they have a name as they are just sound effects for these skins but if you want a reference you can see dark souls soundtracks as ashen skins are inspired by those
I think these skin lines really fit on sylas because of sylas lore , Freedom and stuffs... I mean the wings that appears on sylas when recall or when stealing ults form other champs , it fits for his lore because wings are sumbol of freedom and thats the idea of sylas lore , really like the skin as sylas main
