I learned this in rehab by an amazing teacher just the other day. It was a powerful lesson. This teaching has results in such a high success rate for those of us in rehab. This should be taught everywhere! Theres people in rehab who were alcoholics 30 years plus and these teachings help them stay successful against relapse once they’re out!!

It is such a relief to hear these words. Nowadays , especially during the Corona pandemic, people don´t know how to escape from being bombarded with negative news. I doubted whether there will be some end of it. Fortunately, Sadhgure adviced me (us) to find time for yourself (ourselves). It is like listen to your own heart & be yourself - stop comparing yourself to other students, neighbours etc. Be yourself and focus on your life.

A word for Sadhguru: A soul teacher = LOVE
During my PhD review meeting yesterday, my supervisor asked me how I was faring and i replied, "I'm doing great".
He laughed so hard and said I would be the first person to tell him all is well during this pandemic. And i told him, we just have to move on from all the psychological and emotional impediments of this pandemic, else we would just remain stagnant in life.
He then smiled and thanked me for the advice. 😊
