Huzzah,, Go Cygnar! I love this game. Everything is just so amazing, model design, paint, terrain is pure awesome sauce! Love the terrain! Although the central piece is blocking the view a little, the angle camera solves it all! I really dig the idea and I hope I will be able to incorporate this into my streams one day hahah that requires another camera though :D

I am painting Mr. Wolf right now and this gave me some motivation to finish. Thanks for the batrep. One question, is it warmachine code to hang your keys from your belt loops?🤔😁 If so, I am going to have to buy myself a carabiner.

I like the video, nice BatRep, just trying to wap my mind around the Brown Cygnar scheme. Does someone not like Blue? I literally thought they were just primed until I saw there was a more recent BatRep with the same colors. not complaining, mind you, just curious as to why. I know some people don't like established color schemes and won't use them, but the bright colors of Cygnar were one of the things that got me into the faction long, long ago with Prime mk1 (the original B&W rulebook).
Just getting into Warmachine and went with Orgoth. Where did you guys get your tokens/templates/game aids from? Great report!

at 17:00 if there is no free strikes is there a point in putting models so close to enemy models? Can you Jam units when they can move around? just getting back into it and trying to relearn tactics
So jamming units is still a benefit because your opponent still needs to clear those models first before advancing the rest of their army.
If you take that scenario, Rick could have advanced a unit of storm legion models to walk around the jamming units. He could have placed models engaged in a way they wouldn't have lost their initial, but objectively his models didn't move that far and I still set the line of engagement closer to his side. Doing that made it so that I could still score the scenario element.
Jamming is definitely still a tactic, and I would suggest trying it out with a model with shield wall and take the true inspiration command card to have tough and steady for a turn. If you are lucky, and they don't have grievous, that unit will be able to tarpit your opponent quite well!.
What do you mean you don't play allocation rules anymore? Did something change I'm unaware of?
Hello there! A lot of MKIV armies have easy access to Empower units, which makes it so they don't need Warcasters to allocate in most situations :)
