INGREDIENTS:
Filling/Base
20 Oreo Cookies crushed or 1 cup oreo cookie crumbs (240g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (55g)
8 oz cream cheese (225g)
1/3 cup sugar (68g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (4g)
2 tsp lemon juice (9g)
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped (120g)
Garnish
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped (120g)
1 tbsp cookie crumbs to dust (15g)
4 full size oreo cookies to place on top
Yields: 4 (1 cup) mason jars
