Don’t apologize for looking after yourself and your family. The public is not your primary concern at this point. Get healthy and rested and come back strong 😊
Well said ❤
Absolutely! 👍🏻 ❤
Julie, you owe the public NOTHING. Be with your baby. Rest, heal, and take care of your baby. Come back whenever it’s right to. Now is not that time. ❤❤❤
You absolutely can ignore all those "ignorant" commenting people.. take ALL THE TIME you and your family need...We will be here
I think most of us understand that your family come first. Lewis and his surprise early arrival has thrown your routine out the window. Focus on yourselves, Lewis and all the other kids before any of us. I hope he’s doing well and you’re all healing, mentally and physically.
I understand you are will meaning in your comment but I would not be implying that this is her last baby. Thats the last thing a mama of a big family wants to think about :)
@@priscillashaw5715 I never once implied that Lewis is the last, I would never. What Julie and Jason decide about their family size is for them to decide together, the only other person who should get an opinion is Julie’s doctor. I love large families and envy them only for the fact that I’m unlikely to ever have kids. So I never once comment or imply anything about anyone’s family size.
I see now your comment is edited. Forsure. It was a well meaning comment.
@@priscillashaw5715 I didn’t edit my comment. I think you may have just responded to me thinking I was someone else.
Baby and your health are so important. We will always be here when you are able to return. Thank you for the update.
Oh Julie-absolutely no need to apologize-having a baby is huge-having a premie is even huger. Praying peace, joy, strength and healing in you and your precious wee boy
Can't believe how anyone can put stress on you at this point of your life. You don't owe anyone anything and you'll for sure have a big understanding community no matter how often you post or not.
Congratulations on your baby, take care of yourself & be blessed with your awesome family!
Respectful those that are not understanding need to take a seat!!! Julie you and the baby come first, your health is way more important. YT can and should take a backseat, you owe us nothing. I will be keeping you all in my prayers during what I know is a stressful and difficult time.
Your family and newest addition are all that mater, never apologize for that. Most of us understand completely. ❤
The kids were so sweet! Please don’t stress momma! Take the time to heal. Echinacea/goldenseal and lavender baths are what you need right now ❤ 🎉 we will be here.
You and baby are more important than CZcams. N do not take it for granted we had a little boy that passed away in October and is so hard. No one can know how stressful that can be.
What a precious boy. May God heal and protect your family. You owe your followers nothing. Don't ever feel guilty for putting you and your family first. ❤
Thank you for the update but please don't feel bad for being absent from CZcams! You have to take care of YOU and your family first! The scenes of your children greeting their new brother was absolutely PRECIOUS!! Prayers for continued improvement for both you and your baby.
You do what you need to do for your baby and family
You tube comes after everything else
Make sure you look after yourself first
Come back only when your in the right place in life ❤❤
Do not apologize for anything Julie ! How dare people asking for videos while you are living a difficult and exhausting time ? Take all the time you need. Take care of yourself and your family and newborn. All the rest is futility Sending love and blessings. Courage, there is nothing you can t achieve. Just take the necessary time 🙂
Hopefully the concerned commenters were just that- worried for you and hoping you and baby and family are OK. Take care. God bless!
NICU's are the place for premies and are a life savers. Ours was there 6 weeks. Life is very different with a premie and then one day they catch up and poof everything is back to normal - whatever that is with a baby! God is good. Take your time for what you need. We will be here. Prayers for all of you.
The love between kids is incredible!
Congratulations on the birth of a brand new baby boy Lewis. You take care of yourself and your family don't worry about us we will be here God bless you all
Julie u have to remember just because u choose this life as your primary job instead of a nine to five does not mean u can not take time to rest and get better . So glad u had your Baby. Wow another. Congratulations. God bless. Thankyou for letting us know.
Praying for you, sweet friend ❤ You dont owe anyone an explanation. Rest and be with your baby 😊
You only have to WORRY about your family and yourself. Take care of that new baby and all your little ones. We will be here when your able to get back
This made me so teary! I know the Lord is carrying you through this difficult transition, and I got so choked up at the way you still smile through it all! His light shines through you so brightly and you're a blessing and sweet example to so many moms! Praying for you all and excited to hear more and sweet Lewis's arrival! Hoping you can rest a lot in the next few weeks and feel renewed!🙏🙏💜💜
I understand where you are coming from. My oldest son was 2 months premature. He weighed 3lbs.5ozs. when born.he is now 45 years old, and i praise God daily for him. God will help you through this.
My oldest was also 3lb6 and she spent two months in the NICU. I cannot imagine going through that so long ago. So happy he survived!
I'm new here but girl you don't need to apologize. You and your dear family come first. God bless!
If he is still having issues with jaundice get vitamin D drops. My youngest had such severe jaundice, it was never ending blood tests etc. The day after I started giving him vitamin d drops they cleared him from needing any more blood tests.. prayers for him and you!
Oh Julie, congratulations on your precious boy! Take all the time you need to recover and take care of him. Praying for you all! ❤
So glad your friends, family and neighbours are helping your family out. Meals are the best option IMO. Cooking with a newborn is so exhausting. Being unable to breastfeed is not your problem! Lewis can bottle feed. He's getting nourishment, which is the only important fact. Julie, you're a great mother and a strong woman. Life happens, you've got a beautiful new son. ❤🎉
Oh my goodness! I could not stop smiling when your kids met Lewis! Thanks for sharing such a precious time. Your kids surely know that each new baby is wonderful! ❤️
AND I was so touched by seeing the love that overflows with your kids to one another!! Wow!! What a beautiful blessing!
Most important is to take care of yourself and your family!!!
Such sweet, sweet children!
Oh Julie! What an experience! God placed you on my heart often last week, and now I know why. Due with our 11th same time as Lewis was due, so it's been fun to follow along. Thankful for God's protection of you and Lewis, and praying the adjustments continue to become easier and he grows strong and healthy!
OMG, what a loving family. The reunion of the whole family was so heart felt! No need to apologize, sorry all this happened and praying for speedy recovery for momma and baby ❤💙
Cute little baby, of course, but the siblings love and joy were so precious to see!🥰
Praying for you, I had preemie twins in the NICU for 25 days, while I had a child under 3 at home. You can do this, you are stronger than you know.
Please don’t apologise you needed to be present for your precious boy and your family and especially yourself. Take time to heal physically and emotionally. Don’t worry about the nasty people they are not important. I can still hear the pain in your voice. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Congratulations on baby Lewis. Take your time sweet mamma.
I wish I could reach out and give you a big hug ❤
Oh please do not feel like you owe CZcams viewers anything! Please take the time you need! You must be going through so many emotions. I'm thankful your feeling a little better about everything, but we will continue to pray for Louis and you.
All us mamas understand the feelings and fears. You're not alone! God bless.
Thank you for taking the time to keep us posted. I love you guys ❤️
We understand this is an emotional, stressful and fragile time. Praying for you and baby for growth and getting back to a new normal ❤
Praise God little Lewis is improving and gaining strength. The only thing you should have to think about is your sweet family. ❤️❤️❤️
He’s so precipitous and you look good. I am sorry that these early days have been hard, but so glad to hear that you are taking care of yourself and baby first.
Thanks for sharing an update, I have been praying for you and the baby 🙏🙏🙏
Blessings for you all 🕊🕊🕊🥰
Been Praying for You during this pregancy, and will now continue to Pray for Lewis, You and The Family.😊❤
Oh my lord, they were all so excited to meet there brother , You rest and take your time and take all help thats offered, He is adorible ,
Congratulation Julie!! So happy you all are home and hopefully doing well. Praying for you and your family. Asking the Lord to surround you with his loving arms and strengthen you and baby Lewis. So glad you all have such a supportive community that they have come together to help you and your family during this season in your lives. Love you and your family so much. And just glad to see you all are home now, and healing at home.
Thank you so much for taking your precious time to Share These moments with us. Little Lewis is so heartly welcomed by all of his Brothers and Sisters…my Heart melts when I See how gentle they touch him.
My two Boys came early, my 12year old with 27weeks with 700g and my 8year old with 30 weeks and 2050g. Both developed wonderfully, they are healthy, smart and happy Boys and though I‘ll Never forget all the struggles and worries we had with feeding them, I now can say the Lord was always there, held them in his arms and gave us as parents wisdom and peace in this challenging time…. Take good care for you my dear…don‘t be too brave! Healing takes its time, for your Soul and Body!!! And a nurse told me when I was in NICU that Babys Born in 35/36 weeks are more sleepy than Babys Born earlier. He will „wake up“ when he feels strong enough. Just relax, don’t Stress yourself about how much he‘s drinking or gaining weight - let the Peace of the Lord fill all your thoughts, your Heart and Soul. He will care and he will provide. I pray for all of you - especially for Little Lewis ♥️ Lots of love from Germany, Hannah
Thank you for this encouragement. It blessed me so much!! 💖
So adorable watching everyone with him
God bless you, Julie. You've been through a lot and I know it's a very emotional time. My second one was in the NICU for twelve days. Lewis is absolutely precious and I'm thankful he's home with all of you. You need to focus on him and your family and not even worry about videos for now. Know that your family has our love and prayers and will be in our thoughts until you can get back to a normal routine.❤🙏
All last week you were on my mind ! thanks for letting us know! I think you could use a disposable diaper call!
Thank you for taking time for an update. No worries! You need to take care of you and your beautiful new baby, Lewis! This was a difficult pregnancy for you and an unexpected early delivery. You and your family have been in my prayers and will continue to be. You’re a wonderful family! ♥️🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻♥️🎉
Julie I am a mama of two premies and a Speech Pathologist. I know it is stressful, especially when they won’t nurse. Don’t give up though. He might still when he gets wakes up a little more. Keep trying, but there is nothing wrong with bottle. He will be very susceptible to anything. Watch the runny noses and colds. Good luck! He is beautiful and will do fine. I am always here if you need advice!❤️🙏😁
Mine was not premmie but was definitely early. At some point they "wake up" and you can't keep up!
I resisted a bottle for ages until my elderly ex-midwife neighbour (God bless her soul) suggested an evening bottle. We both needed it, and he was otherwise successfully breastfed until 16 months when he self-weaned.
Fed is best.
You take all of the time you need! So happy for your family. Praying for all 🙏
So understand. Please take care of yourself and new baby!!
I feel it’s getting harder now so who know maybe Lewis will be your last baby. I will pray for you all. Now you can focus on your beautiful baby. Congrats again.
I always hold my breath with the last few pregnancies. 😮
You worry about you , I’ve been enjoying the Instagram pics , don’t worry about you tube , prayers for your family 🙏
We were all happy for Momma and Daddy and Lewis and the rest of the family ❤ Take your time ❤ We are praying and calmly waiting for you❤ God bless
Such a beautiful family. Sweet baby. Julie you take care. Bless you.
Blessed that you and your baby and your family are doing well and God has protected and provided for you❤
Such a precious gift from God! Praying for Lewis and your family. 🙏 Family comes first, don't worry about us. If folks can't understand that you share with us as able and aren't here for their personal entertainment, that's their problem. Take all the time you need. ❤
Praying for you and your family 🙏🏻
Aw Julie, many hugs and prayers, this has been a difficult journey. You don’t need to explain a thing. I hope you are able to rest and heal, baby Lewis is growing stronger everyday 💙 God bless you and may His grace sustain you! Hugs
Just precious!
One more thing remember to breathe..
I really understand. Take this time to heal and take care of yourself and family. Don't worry about the videos at this time. God is good.
Ahh, sweet baby and mama💕
Take care of yourself and your family.
Take care of you and your precious baby and family. No pressure. You do you! Hugs and congratulations 🎉!!!
Praying for you and your family during this difficult time. Love your family ❤❤
We just went through a NICU stay as well. It was one of the hardest things I have ever been through. It’s hard for people to fully understand who have not been through it. Not only are you dealing with the emotions of seeing your tiny sweet baby in a hospital but you’re also healing. Our Noah was 2.5 hours away. It was not easy but I can tell you being on the other side of it is the best feeling. My heart goes out to you. May the Lord bless and keep you and your family!
Yes, I completely agree. I have had friends with babies in the NICU and I have prayed with them but have never been able to really understand. ❤️ I’m so glad to hear you are home!
Your family is adorable. Welcome Luis❤
I have been praying for your family. Take care of you and Lewis !
What a bday present.... baby Lewis..
Happy birthday
& new baby....
From Baltimore Maryland
Congratulations to you on your precious new baby. I thank God you are both doing well and will continue to gain strength. God bless your whole family.
O’my goodness, first CONGRATULATIONS
Second, I love how much all the kids want to love on him… ❤❤❤❤
So happy to hear everyone is well and you are all home safe and sound. You and your family are beyond blessed by God. Just watching this video with all the kids meeting Lewis showed His loving arms completely surrounding you and your family. God's got this. He's got you all in the palm of his hand. Seeing the love and joy of your family is like a glimpse into heaven itself. You can rest easy, knowing the Almighty Father and Jesus are completely and utterly over this situation. Their love abounds in you and shines through to all of us so thank you and thank you, Father. In Jesus' name.
Beautiful family. Congratulations 🎊
Take care of yourself!
Family first. NICU babies are a whole different experience. My granddaughter was born at 36 weeks and in NICU for 3 weeks. It was very hard for my daughter. Take care of yourself and family. Prayers to your family to get you through this rough spot.
Thank you!
First of all: congratulations with he birth of Lewis 🩵 It all sounds pretty tensive and exhausting, and I wish You and Your family all the best. Take ALL the time You and Your family need!
congratulations. my five children had jaundice and to the disgust of the doctor, I put all of them to the sun with something over the eyes. Oh it was funny, we went to have a ride in the car and I had my third child on my lap, very warm in the sun, and we were too hot !. For the fifth one my husband put the car outside in the sun. A short time is suffisent. Yes may God bless you in these difficult time
What a stressful experience! I am so sorry. Take your time to physically and mentally heal momma. Please find a therapist that you can talk to if your feelings of anxiety don't lift. Prayers to you, baby and everyone else as you navigate through these hard times. Thank you for sharing, but please don't feel obligated to until your ready.
So glad things are turning a corner! Hang in there.

Great to hear an update about Lewis’ birth and release to home! Take care of you and your family. No matter how stressed you are, Julie, you remain patient and caring. Wow! So much to go through, but glad to hear you’ve turned a corner. So sweet to see the kids all holding and welcoming their baby brother! ❤👶 Love to all!
Looking forward to that video you started on the garden and making jerky. Please put you, Louis, and your family first. We can wait and will be here when you have time to fit us in.
Oh Julie and Jason so sorry that things have been so exhausting and stressful. I'll keep you, baby Lewis, and the whole family in my Prayers. ❤😊❤😊❤😊❤So sweet how Baby Lewis's siblings love him! ❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊
I found you on FB and got the news there. Congratulations! Take care of you and your family! We care. We understand! God bless!
I have started watching your channel since James is the youngest which makes him my favorite , but everytime a new addition arrives becomes my new favorite too, and as i watch how the older kids becomes so reliable and dependable and skillful in what they do, they are all favorite now which means all your children are all my . And you Julie and James are super parents.
Aww thank you! It’s an honor that you’ve watched us all these years!
He is precious! My #6 was a premie and spent 6 weeks in the NICU. That was such a trying time, but it is amazing how quickly life goes back to normal after the chaos. She will be 7-years-old in a couple weeks. I am late to this video, so maybe you are already doing much better, but I remember the NICU team telling me that premies will sleep a lot and have very little interest in eating and one day they will "wake up". Every baby is different for when that is, but it sure was true for us. Once that happened, she was eating like a champ even though it was a struggle before that. Take care, Julie!
That really sounds like what we’ve seen with baby Lewis. Thank you for sharing!
