    she is talking about how she's gotten back into shape after giving birth,how her baby made her life happy and about her charitable activities. she helps children with problems :D

    @alecags9957 Před 16 lety +3

    She also says in the end that she is invovled in a charity project, she says it fills her time, she likes doing this, she says it`s important for her. (Nadia is renowned for charity acts and she has a foundation) and she speaks about a high school in "Onesti", her hometown, highschool named after her. (how cool to say: "i`ve studied at nadia comaneci highschool" :))) she takes care of the children there too.

    nadia is a happy mom. but she addmits that little Dylan was very demanding, especially in his first months "i didn`t sleep the first 4-5 months but now he sleeps 8h a night and i try to recover". and she did, considering that in less then a year she has the same excellent form." i got back in this form after 2 weeks, but i had been training until my 8th month of pregnancy...this helped me a lot, and so did my years of gymnastics.

    @48acar19 Před 14 lety +7

    To translate the essential:
    She is very happy for having this beautiful child; she could not sleep in the first months, when the baby could not sleep .
    Nadia is involved in helping the children from low income families, and especially in her native town, Onesti, in Eastern Romania. She is not sure that her child would become a high performance kid (in sport) but she insists in bringing him up correctly and especially in giving him a correct nutrition.
    The child is very cute (to be sure!).

    as to diet she says she never forgets about the ground rules of a healthy diet:fish vegetables salad, but also sweets (all moderately)are necessary for energy.thus she can manage all challenges,especially those that come from little Dylan."he comes every day in the gymnasium, now he stands and crawls, he loves to play on the mattres, he will probably love to play there as he grows but i can`t predict he will attain the level i did.maybe."

    I couldn't agree more I'm from the U.S. and it's shameful when I see that my countrymen have to be reminded how to behave in respect to people of other nations. I love the U.S. but I'm not proud of ill manners or insulting behavior by my countrymen. It's too bad more of us don't make comments with the respect and grace that matches that of our foreign brethren. Nadia is a beautiful Olympian who's grace should be revered and appreciated. Some of us need to remember to use our manners.

    She seems so happy and free. When I was younger I saw the quotes and pictures of her looking and sounding miserable and I thought she seemed so sulky and ungrateful. But I was young and didn't understand what she went through, that she was repressed and not allowed to be herself. Now I know more about what happened I think shes really inspirational and a credit to Romania.
