    Ingredients:
    🥄 1 cup leftover dal
    🌾 1 cup wheat flour
    🧂 a pinch of salt
    🌿 Coriander leaves
    🌶️ Any other spices of choice could be added
    Instructions:
    Mix the leftover dal, wheat flour, salt, coriander leaves, and any other spices into a dough. 🥣
    Add 1 1/2 tsp ghee and knead the dough again. 🧈
    Close the lid and let the dough sit for 5 minutes. ⏲️
    Take a small portion of the dough, roll it, and press it slightly. 🍥
    Sprinkle dry flour and roll it into a paratha. 🍞
    Heat a pan and spread some ghee on it. 🍳
    Place the paratha on the pan and cook. 🍽️
    Spread some more ghee on the paratha. 🧈
    Cook until brown spots are formed. 🔥
    Serving Tips:
    Serve the hot paratha with yogurt, pickle, or a side of chutney. Enjoy your meal! 😋🍽️
