Don't use this video as a guide, it has a lot mistakes if looked at from a construction worker's perspective. In real life this house wouldn't last a day. This is only a miniture, not an accurate representation of house construction.

I find it bizarre for them to use actual building techniques on some sections, but skip them and use incorrect scaled parts in others. The actual architecture of the building itself is scaled wrong somehow too.
Despite all of those criticisms, this is kind of an amazing little piece of art, for what its worth.

It's a hell of a lot of work, making each piece by hand. I've done this making my dream house model in 1/12th scale, that I designed in high school back in 1965. It took me 2 years in my spare time and it was half done.

I work for a flooring company and we won’t leave the floor there unless you have all the doors and windows on and heating and air on for at least 2-3 weeks. In other words, you need to have your heating and air on and everything sealed up well before you lay the flooring. And I bet it’s not even osha approved. Do you have your contractor license? But I do like how you don’t sub out your work and are always at the jobsite

La verdad es un trabajo muy bonito! Me encanto su proyecto! Encontré algunas fallas:
* EL piso No cuneta con insolación (genera perdida de electricidad al mantener el fio o el calor)
* Las paredes no cuentan con el aislante adecuado de humedad
* La estructura del techo le faltan bigas (las que tienen son de madera (se mueven con la temperatura) y es mucho el peso que soportan (si agregamos hielo o nieve) Le pondría mas
* El protector lija del techo va en horizontal comenzando de abajo hacia arriba! (caída de agua)
* Me hubiera gustado ver mas de electricidad y plomería (eso tiende a ser un dolor de cabeza)
* De ahí en fuera AME sus herramientas, el proceso, las tomas, (QUIERO HACER UNA)

Using the miniature tools might be a bit too visual and almost silly. You've got the right tools to create the miniature house, don't use the miniature tools. Thanks for sharing your video.
