Mate notice you were using wd40 as lube when cutting the ally, use a bar of body soap instead causes less contamination and is a lot cleaner. Just turn the grinder on and tap the disc against the soap works a treat 👌
For welding alloy mate wipe everything with acetone including your filler rod. Also helps to wire wheel the aluminum first to remove a bit of the surface coating off.

Hey Mate, I have a suggestion, maybe you could do a compound turbo set up, get a bigger turbo and hook them together, it is used a lot in trucks to keep the boost consistent, pretty much, exhaust goes into the little turbo first, and then into the big one, but air goes into the big one first, and then into the little one. Great build mate, loving the series!
when tiging I think there's a setting known as "pulse" wich may have been the issue, I'm a novice welder mig/240v stick. good job mate!
It's not a 'boost sensor' or what ever you called it. It's the barometric sensor to adjust the tune to altitude. So if you can't find the vacuum hose that goes to it that's because there isn't one. Make sure it's mounted so the nose is pointing down.
Secondly the vacuum solenoid just controls the swirl flaps and vnt actuator which is null and void in your application.
I'm not sure if the ecu needs to see it plugged in though.
Very nice the scenery a day cacti were so different. Love the beach to desert topography. Way points ot occasional map references would be much appreciated.
Get a pipe flaring tool kit to secure the hose on the cut ends of the fuel line. Double clamps will get you out of trouble in the bush. But for long term use I would put a flare on the end of the pipe. Most auto stores and hardware shops sell them. Keep the videos rolling and can't wait to see the finished vehicle.

Pretty sure from memory speed flow make a fitting that can connect to a hard line. I used one on a 1uz to 1jz conversion on my soarer so that I didn’t have to run new lines

Good video man liked the filming and editing.
Use Teflon line for any fuel lines especially under the car. You'll need hard line or Teflon braid. Rubber fuel lines under the car are a big no no. Intank pumps are better in they run cooler and quieter immersed in fuel

hey mate, I love watching your build. I think you should get some advice on your trans cooler. It might need to be clogged, so that the feed is on top, and the outlet is at the bottom instead of the way you have, it mounted.
Didn’t know if you mentioned but with thread tape that’s in contact with fuel make sure it’s ptfe tape or just use liquid thread sealant from aeroflow or permatex
And rubber mount the pump

Hey mate. Sweet looking build. I did a very basic conversion compared to you in my 04 gu. Just saw your rocker breather setup. Where did you get the block for the return, post catch can on the rocker cover. I’ve done over 20k driving since I built it. Best thing ever but I’m envious of yours.
Would be a good idea to replace the trans cooler lines aswell while you’re at it
