- My small van tour is finally here. I bought this tiny home (My lovely citroen dispatch micro campervan) a couple of years ago, and I wanted to do an updated van tour, now that I've had time to live out of the van and make some changes. I go in-depth into all the different components of the van, how I utilise space and make the most of what I have. This was absolutely a budget van and although it might show, I love it so much!

If you're looking for a mini campervan or small camper van, the Citroen Dispatch is perfect but you can also try the searching the Peugeot Expert camper, Citroen Berlingo, Fiat Scudo camper, Renault Traffic Camper conversion, Nissan Primastar camper conversion and Mercedes Vito camper conversions, hope that helps :)

Nice build, looks really cozy. Not sure if it's possible but if you can fold down the passanger seat you should be able to move between front and back of the van without going outside maybe? I have a scenic that I removed the rear seats and put a camping bed from Decatlhon to be able to sleep inside and I can move between front and back without folding the passsager seat but it's a little awkward to do, but I don't mind haha. Have fun during the summer :)

Great video! BTW if you want a hot shower, there is something called an immersion water heater. It is a stick that you put in water to warm it meant for pools etc. They plug in but there are USB plug-in ones too. Hope it helps :) I like little to no effort too.

We are also Irish and in the process of building a conversion and it sucks that the weatehrs so tempermental abd you cabr always get the best out of it.

Seriously write down some of your experiences out on the road. If you have the insight to be funny, get it down on paper too. Maybe you can book yourself at comedy clubs along the way for some extra income. Gotta use what ya' got girl😉!

Love it! After years of wasting money on T4s I have a Dispatch with a Reimo Poptop, it's bloody brilliant! I ditched the twin seat for single swivel, so much better and now I have a lounge😂
A dispatch with a pop top!! I must see it!! I'm actually currently on the hunt for swivel seats!! Looking for fiat ulysse or Peugeot 806 ones but not had any luck!!

No matter a sprinter or minivan.. the way you set up everything makes a huge difference spacewise
Yes layout is SO important. I would have changed a few things if I knew then what I know now!

You do well to shleep that way 🙂...ive a citreon berlingo and sometimes ive slept in the back in the summer months and its a struggle not being able to straighten me legs 😆
I know it doesn't look like it but when the shoes are off and the cushions are set up properly i actually fit perfectly, my legs can just extend fully and it's amazing! Haha aw god wouldn't be able to do it without being able to straighten the legs fair play to ya!!
Being short is a big advantage with small campers, I lived in my Berlingo for over a year, didn't even have to move the front seats to stretch out 😂
Compared to my van your van is huge.. try living in a minivan😂🎉cheers

Fair play. Mine is a pretty rush job. I'm redoing some bits now (this was filmed a couple months ago) and I've just taken down the wooden panels for the roof and taken off the insulation, dreading putting it back 😅😅
