Ok I have started using solidworks recently, but whenever I press Ctrl and select something, the add relations option does not pop near my cursor instead it gives the same options in a small section(property manager thingy) on the left side of the screen. I want it the way it is shown in the video. Any suggestions on how I can do that?

Also When that fly out tool bar comes up when you select anything, I am not able to customize it. Whatever Things I add to it, they never show up. It just keeps showing all the same things that are there by default. Any idea why that is happening?
