It's sickening though that they are charging $30 monthly (not even transparent on that) and then they ask for all that other personal info. When it comes to referring people, you first of all, need to focus on what is really worth recommending to people and not just what pays the most. Secondly, you need to figure out how you will refer people. If you want to do it at scale, it is not as easy as it might sound, so you need to have a plan for that. Once you have figured that out, it will not be a problem to earn - but earning by referring others is not for all, as it takes a lot of time and effort.
