If it takes 4-5 hours to constantly farm 1 person trying to help you instead of killing you then it'd be harder on public servers, right?
Since people would just try to kill the person with one shots or weird glove gimmicks before they reach a more powerful phase. It'd just be way too difficult on public servers.
But let's say, you try to get this on killstreak only. What's stopping people from just leaving the game? Since they can't kill someone who can one-shot you with a slap or the E button while they can't do anything, right? Or even worse, use hacks to kill you before you reach the 1000 phase.
Conclusion: You need those 14 people in the public servers to help you. If not, then you're just gonna die. And on Killstreak-only mode, they're just gonna leave. Resulting in you not getting any more kills > No 1000 phase

I once joined a server with a guy named speakerman and his friends. They were trying to get the 1000 kills badge, but then I realized he was slap farming which is not allowed so I used the buddies glove to slap him into the void. It didn't go well, but it was the only way for him to not have his slaps removed. Also I awoke my trolling self during that so yea I have half a mind to not feel bad about it. Also, I have a flex only noobs can dream of: beating a kill streak player with 600 kills on a cloud with one of the worst gloves ever- Buddies. Oh, and did I forget to mention that the player I was talking about has higher slaps than me? I have nearly 13,000 slaps while that guy has 100,000 slaps. And just so you know, I am not kidding.
