  • Here is another perspective (992 rear view) of the video posted a couple months ago of getting the 6015B up and over a mountain. Way too many miles to just track as it would take days and be way too hard on the machine.

Tons of respect for these heavy haul guys. We took a komatsu 1250 and 775’s through single lane country roads in the mountains of west Virginia and it was nerve wracking

Driver: This truck doesn't drive so good lately.
Svc Agent: Your throttle cable is 3"longer than when it left the factory. Any ideas?

What was the time saving by going over the mountain as opposed to around?

Watching the fan kick up the dust how hot did the motor get on a pull like that?

Wondering how long it took to make it to the top .........
I've been to well sites where I was helped to the top and then held back going down but nothing like this. Much steeper grades and alot longer distance awesome for sure!😊

What's that machine weigh undressed? Those fellers earned their wage for sure on this move, lotsa stress on everything when you start takin that many axles and that much weight through switchbacks

Need a lower hook point to allow the truck to steer. Not sure how one would accomplish that without a custom hitch on the loader though.
