So there are no points awarded for discussing remedy or SoF?
Like we don’t have to discuss how salesman can purchase the $14 widgets and sue the manufacturer for the difference via breach of contract?
Or we don’t mention any of that because it is not in the call of the question?

SoF isn't implicated by the call of the question. Sometimes it's worth it to add a short sentence referencing a rule you think may apply if only to increase your chance of landing some lucky points. Here, you MIGHT get a point or two for that SoF analysis, but it generally wouldn't be necessary to get maximum points here and would likely be wasted time given the time restraints.

I got a 55 a 53 and a 57 on the last MBE. A 40 something on the civ pro section and a 38 on wills and trust.
I want to focus on the wills and trust essay. I had ten minutes left and wrote down like maybe three sentences on a total of 2 issues. If you can even call it a sentence. I'm still shocked that I was able to score a 38 for the scribble I wrote.
Either way, MY laptop crashed for my MPT and I had to resort to handwriting my mpt, which was a major factor in my bar exam failure.
I'm upset at my 50's because I feel like they should have been higher as that is what I was aiming for.
Heavily considering Barcast Audio but only as a supplementary for the essays as I'm using my Themis retake I am afforded.
=( Anyways great stuff I appreciate this.

Glad you found this helpful! Making sure you stick to the timing limits of the essays can be SO important, because running out of time on one essay can be enough to sink your entire exam. Feel free to email us at Barcastaudio@gmail.com if you have any questions about our Barcast products!

I don't think the format would apply to CA. But seems helpful to get gist of IRAC.

This would not be a "6" answer - it would need to include that Article 2 applies because it is a sale of goods covered by the UCC AND that the contract does not violate the UCC statute of frauds because the amount is less than $500.

Whether the UCC or common law applies should be the first sentence of your rule statement as mentioned, but leaving out Statute of Frauds rule would generally not be enough to prevent this from being a 6 essay. Plenty of 6s aren’t necessarily perfect, they just score nearly every point available.

Your videos are very helpful, thank you. One thing I need to mention. When I follow the link to your website on my laptop, Norton blocks it with the message "This is a known dangerous page. It is recommended, that you don't visit this page". When I checked the full report, it shows your website in category Malicious Sources/Malnets. My laptop's security is not at its highest, and I almost never get messages like that with other websites.

Thanks so much for letting us know! That's very strange -- we haven't had any other users report this issue but we will look into it immediately! It could maybe have something to do with the Browser you're using. Either way, apologies for the inconvenience!
