I think the World Health Organization should be offering solutions on waste management in places like this instead of trying to change how everyone travels. I'd love to see more of this filled in with trash free soil and rock.

Как то с логистикой выгрузки непонятно... А не проще ли было бы сначала развернуться и потом выгрузить, а так машины простаивают пока им освободят дорогу от грунта....
