It was such a pleasure to experience Kura and her Nena on the National Geographic Orion. "I raro i te tumunu" is an all time favorite in the South Pacific, to meet the person who wrote it was very special. And to see the love in her eyes when Kura looks at her grandmother makes you cry. I don't understand the dislikes.

This mama was my neighbour when I used to live in Raro. She would always give us pudding and custard every Sunday. Was so yummy. One of my fondest memories of growing up in Raro. I also grew up with Kura, who for some reason, went by Katrina for a few years.
