I used to work in the public bar at the Hotel Kununurra way back in the 1980s for a while and go to Ivanhoe Crossing with my girlfriend now and then. There was a cool little recess on the downstream side of the viaduct where we'd sit and it was like a little cave with the water sheeting down near us. Awesome place to have a picnic.

So....I show the family, and you know what the only comment was?..... Why didn't they drive over with the caravan?
As for me..... the location is now on the list of places to visit ! An absolute must !
And I will tow the caravan across while the family are in it !!
