Only few to be in comfort , many has to sacrifice . ( like food pyramid ) compared to agriculture , company work , govt. jobs are easier , (no fear of natural loss) time to time work , certain salary, leisures , holidays (without deduction of wage) ,promotions , retirement , thereafter pension . & other facilities are there , (Low in put more output ) ,except side income .... ! meeting , speaking , conferences can't grow grains. Can we eat software ....? Slogans , gospel s are different from that of (agri) doing work . Agri. works may give satisfaction (somebody) , but in this input is greater than out put , comparing all types of investments. Here there is no time limit , no certain working period , it needs ever workings , no retirements no pensions . In many times , & cases hospitals are too distant to them . Not only these , many difficulties ,obstacles are there in agriculture , than other (priv . govt) jobs . So , sir which is your choice ? ( if .... )

You are on a good flatform with large landholding finance Politicians and Govt support.
If you want to understand small farmers issues visit village level farmers with one / two Acers of holding, spend few days with them
If you can influence Govt set right APCOMS - make it work for farmers and consumers like Milk federation.
Govt listeners to you, use your influence to extend APCOMS to all districts and Taluks make APCOMS to work for farming.
Influence Govt to support Natural farming atleast one Taluk per district
