Out of fairly extensive research I'd seen it's best to avoid Rust-Oleum. Looks good when applied but isn't durable. Peeling after a short term is a frequent complaint.

I couldn't buy it in a store I recall and believe it was the one (at least 15 years ago) that Jay Leno used in in garage? Any who, 15 years later it is still holing up! About once a year I do a thorough cleaning on it with hot water, soap and a stiff brush and 98% of oil, dirt and grime come up! But it's ALL about the prep work. That took me several days to etch, clean, rinse and repeat but was well worth it.
I used the Rust-o-leum epoxy in my garage 15 years ago and its still holding up great and that is in a WI garage! The key is preparation, I used their acid wash and the degreaser to clean and etch the floor prior to coating it. One caveat though, my floor was only about 3 months old when I coated it.
