man, I am from indore. I was born there and lived 25 yr in this beautiful city. Currently I am in UK. And to be honest , not a day goes that I do not miss my city, its street , its food , its cleanliness and what not. I keep coming to his channel so that i can see my city , i can visit those streets again.

Indore people are really kind, and very decent and happy people. Makes you want to visit Indore. Pleasant and friendly people and clean place.
He met so many friendly peoples. Those guys who offered him pav bhaji then lady at chaat stoll, at aloo tikki chaat stoll then the kulfi wala. Wow I'm feeling so proud of them. I hope you enjoyed every moment in India. ❤❤

Fafda chaat, OMG, I never imagined that there will be dish like Fafda Chaat. Have eaten fafda so many times, but never thought of it's chaat version. Have to try it !
Indore has very popular Fafda Chaat and more better Gaathiya Chaat in sarafa!
Spread some fafda in a plate, then spread a layer of tomato, onion, add nylon sev (that's the name of Haldiram version) put in some thin consistency green chutney, and some salt and jeeravan (local masala, try asking your Jain friend may be) and a squeeze of lemon. There is your fafda Chaat.
Kulfi man was ready to showcase his skills he is a proud man. Wanted to do the best for his foreign costumer.

Just to give you the concept of Sarafa Bazaar, this market opens up only at night as these provide safety from thefts at these jewellery shops. Traditionally these shops are a crazy way of getting great food with a protection!
